**Responsibilities**
- Lead and deliver regulatory and compliance projects based either from our office in Singapore or at client site;
- Implementation of check and balance processes and corporate governance standards as per the client type, strategy, mission, and goals of the regulated entity;
- Provide support to clients on the development, implementance, and maintenance of client’s compliance programs;
- Assist our firm in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures;
- Ensure compliance policies and procedures are effectively communicated to the client, in accordance with the Firm’s regulatory requirements;
- Continuously monitor relevant regulatory changes and assist clients in developing internal controls, accordingly;
- Communicate and liaise with MAS and other regulatory body;
- Conduct annual compliance reviews;
- Prepare and submit annual and quarterly regulatory filings;
- Proactively provide practical, business-friendly solutions for esoteric regulatory issues;
- Work closely with Managing Partner on business development and growing the team.

**Qualifications**
- Preferably with over 10 years of regulatory compliance experience e.g within a regulator, a regulated firm, or a consultancy, dealing with the MAS regulations in particular, the Securities and Futures Act (SFA)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Accountancy, or Finance
- Experience with building policies and procedures around specific business models, in particular the asset management industry
- Team player, Self-motivated and meticulous
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and other languages, in particular, Mandarin Chinese (a bonus)
