DESIGNATION : Associate (Social Work) - Family Service Centre, Woodlands

RESPONSIBILITIES
**Associate (Social Work)**

**Job Scope**: Associate (Social Worker) will be allocated cases that have no risk issues to support the Supervisor and the team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Casework
- Compile reports on client feedback.
- Assist with Home Visits.
- Conduct brief assessment, planning & intervention for cases allocated.

Information & Referral
- Attends to public enquiries.
- Update records on community resources.

Outreach to Community
- Assist with needs assessment of the community.
- Liaise with external parties for purpose of publicity & networking.

Programme Development
- Assist in programme development and execution.
- Assist in volunteer management.

Administrative Functions
- Maintain an administrative system for record updates.

Others
- Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Social Service / Community Services or related
- Experience in similar setting and background as this role
- Good team player
