**THE POSITION**

The **QA Manager **is key member whom will make significant contribution towards the operation of the company. He (she) will lead a team of QA staff to develop assuring the overall quality and consistency of the Company’s products and services. It’s a key role to ensure and continuously improvement of quality management and compliances and resolve quality issues.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the overall Quality Assurance System in manufacturing plant with hands-on experience on QA processes and activities.
- Formulate Quality Inspection Plan for each functional area in production process.
- Prepare and perform QMS (Quality Management System) audits to ensure that all procedures and instructions related to the QMS are adhered to.
- Train Quality Inspectors and Leaders to follow quality instructions and procedures.
- Track and prepare monthly reports for quality performance metrics and implement KPI dashboard and ensure results are well communicated throughout the company.
- Educate the workforce on their responsibility in relation to Quality Assurance and roll out effective training programs.
- Lead investigation of customer’s complaints on non-conformance and using the 8D Problem Solving methodology to ensure effective root cause analysis and resolve quality issues.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities related to product, processes, and quality system includes stopping the production to correct quality problems, verify the implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness to prevent reoccurrence.
- Visit customers and suppliers as required to investigate non-conformance issues.
- Dealing with customers on all quality concerns and represent the needs of customers in internal functions related to the Quality System.
- Provide support for issues related to new products, new customers, and/or qualification of new equipment and processes.
- Provide support to Purchasing for evaluation and qualification of new suppliers, or continuous improvement activities of suppliers/ vendors. Perform any other duties, assignments, or special projects that may be assigned by Top Management.

**CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS**
- Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Min 5 years working experience in QA related work in high output volume of components in manufacturing industry.
- Must possess QA knowledge and working experience (QMS, IQC, IPQC, OQC, Customer Complaint, Supplier Quality Management, 8D report, PPAP, FA and Handling of Audits),
- Good Experience who can deep dive into the problem, analyse root cause problem, define and implement CAPA.
- Ability to read CAD / technical drawings.
- Interpersonal skill and team player.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of Mandarin and English in speak/ read/ write.
- Must be willing to travel when required which may on short notice.
