**Position Overview**:
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the **Quality Management System (QMS)**for the company’s oil & gas projects and corporate operations. This role ensures that all engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities meet contractual, regulatory, and international standards, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Management & Compliance**
- Establish and maintain the company’s QMS in line with **ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001**and industry-specific standards (API, ASME, ASTM, IACS, etc.).
- Ensure QA/QC requirements are fully integrated into **EPC, FPSO, and offshore project execution**.
- Manage preparation, review, and approval of QA/QC documentation including ITPs, QCPs, method statements, and project quality plans.
- Coordinate with classification societies, regulatory authorities, and clients on quality-related matters.

**Quality Assurance (QA)**
- Lead quality planning and risk assessments during bid, design, and project execution stages.
- Conduct **internal and supplier audits**to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials, fabrication, and equipment meet project specifications.
- Drive lessons-learned sessions and ensure corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.

**Quality Control (QC)**
- Supervise inspection, testing, and verification activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Review and approve quality reports, material certificates, welding records, NDT results, and other QC documentation.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee final dossier and turnover documentation for project handover.

**Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and coordinators across corporate HQ and project sites.
- Act as the primary contact point with clients, classification societies, and third-party inspectors.
- Provide regular QA/QC performance reports to senior management and project leadership.
- Promote a strong quality culture throughout the company and projects.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10-12 years of QA/QC experience in the **oil & gas industry**, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of EPC project quality requirements, FPSO topsides and hull construction, and offshore classification standards.
- Hands-on experience with audits, inspections, welding procedures, material control, and NDT.
- Familiarity with **international codes and standards**(ASME, API, AWS, ISO, IACS).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as **ISO Lead Auditor, ASQ CQA, Six Sigma, or CSWIP/NACE**are an advantage.
