a) Responsible for efficient management of QA/QC department.

b) Supervision of a small team of QC inspector, engineer and admin assistant.

c) Assign QC Inspector to each project.

d) Ensure timely submission of QC documents including MDR.

e) Involvement in operation matter such as problem solving etc.

f) Training of QA/QC personnel.

g) Process development in welding technology.

h) Ensure QC manual is updated with the codes.
