As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be providing internal and external customer support (e.g. shipment arrangement, delivery schedule, etc.) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Reporting to Sales & Technical Product Manager, you will be proactively informing customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring resolution of customer logistics and product quality issues by coordinating with Sales, Technical Support, Supply Chain Management, Factory Warehouse and other internal and/or external teams.
- Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g production capability and scheduling, resourcing) is in place.
- Proactively informing customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Attendance at required health, safety and environment training and report injury, incidents, hazards and near miss events
- Model safe work behavior in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls.
**Your background**:
- Good knowledge in logistics flow and order entry systems.
- Familiar with NEMA and MPT products is a plus point.
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing work.
- Thinking in a logical manner.
- Understanding of customer needs, experience in customer interface.
- Fluent English and Mandarin, good communication skills and stress tolerant.
- Proficient with MS Excel.
