People & Culture Intern

The P&C Intern will work closely with the P&C leaders to support strategic HR initiatives and enhance employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Support**:Collaborate with the P&C leaders on the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of HR projects and programs.
- **Employee Experience**:Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience and supporting employee well-being initiatives.
Assist in employee engagement activities and support action plans based on employee feedback and pulse surveys.
- **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**:Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless entry into the organization.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions and track progress on HR initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and support leadership decision-making.
- **Learning & Development**:Support learning and development initiatives by assisting in the coordination of training programs and employee development opportunities.
Contribute to efforts aimed at promoting a continuous learning culture within the organization.
- **Policy & Compliance**:Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are effectively communicated and understood by employees.
Support the HRBP in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
**Requirements**:
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- **Knowledge**:Understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement, and change management principles.
