**YOUR ROLE**
- Build strong rapport with the leadership team by collaborating on effective search strategies as well as building a robust talent pipeline.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Any other ad-hoc People Operations responsibilities to support the broader People and Culture team as and when required.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.
- You demonstrate clear ownership and end-to-end thinking as well as strong analytical skills.
- Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and want to help us turn Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn.
- Passion for ecommerce / retail / brands.
