Reports to: General Manager, Operations

Position available: One

Job Description: This is a full-time position.

This position supports yard facilities and operational requirements, including improvement to operation workflow and increases productivity and efficiency.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Analyses and understands gaps for further improvements in day-to-day operations
- Adhering to approved company processes
- Continually seek to identify & minimize areas of risk and/or waste
- Understanding of operational requirements
- Ensure OHS&E policies & guidelines are adhered to

**Interpersonal Management**:

- Communication with inter-department
- Communications with all levels of the organization
- Develop and maintain key external relationships with partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and organizations

**Essential**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Knowledge in the use of MS Office, Autocad
- Passion for quality work and desire for improvement
- Independent, Objective-driven, Reliable, and Motivated
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Demonstration of sensitivity to culturally diverse environments
- Ability to devise and implement innovative work practices aimed at improving productivity
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on achieving results
