**Job model -**Hybrid

As the Senior Assistant, HNC APAC, you are highly organized and proactive and adept at managing multiple tasks and maintaining confidentiality and discretion. You will provide administrative support to the SVP, HNC APAC, based in Singapore as well as her leadership team members in Singapore.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Calendar Management: Schedule and prioritize appointments, meetings, and events
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Meeting Support: Organize and prepare for meetings, including putting together agenda and logistics
- Payment Requisitions: Manager the end-to-end PR/PO activities for the HNC APAC team
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Expense Management: Process and submit expense reports

**You bring**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
