**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Leading relevant franchise cross functional teams from an HEOR point of view often across multiple TAs.
- Creating an innovative, data driven disease area specific HEOR strategy. -Develop HEOR plan for program/brand that will generate evidence to support program/brand value proposition.
- Delivers the global value dossier, economic mode, budget impact model, EJP, evidence gap (and research /analyses /studies to address the evidence requirements).
- Provides HEOR input from early phase to commercialization, taking into account patients, health care providers, payers, and policy makers needs, to support optimal product reimbursement and patient access.
- Drive health economics plan to deliver economic evidence required globally and at country level to support therapeutic value proposition and reimbursement decision.
- Designs clinical endpoints (including PROs) to enable economic benefits relevant for payers and other decision makers. Works across development and commercial functions to support the creation of real world data’ for key products in the disease area from early development to phase IV.
- Creating HEOR publications and white papers (impact of emerging data, new mechanisms, new technologies, hypothesis generation) relevant to disease area strategy.
- Facilitates identification, development and acceptance of novel development approaches and analytic data mining activities. Provides expert HEOR input and is accountable for influencing cross functional teams.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- At least 7 years pharmaceutical access experience successfully driving growth of multiple products or non-pharmaceutical access experience driving innovative growth in healthcare sector
- Master of Science or similar degree in Health Economics
- Proven capability in suitable HE&OR, real-world evidence & clinical trial design for Patient Access purposes
- Active external network in area of HE&OR & Access Evidence
