**Job Summary**:The Academic Programmes Officer supports the efficient delivery of academic programmes by managing data, coordinating course schedules, and assisting with student admissions and results management. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organisational and analytical skills who thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain organisational data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Course Coordination: Manage lesson schedules, timetables, and learning platforms; assist with makeup classes and lecturer task tracking.
- Attendance Monitoring: Ensure attendance is recorded, verify absences, and follow up with lecturers and Course Managers when needed.
- Results Management: Analyse and prepare assessment results for reporting; support result distribution and record maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in academic administration or a related role, with a focus on data management or reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Sheets) and Learning Management Systems.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly for database management, data analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with EduTrust-PEIs or WSQ registered training provider
