We’re hiring a **Growth & Lead Strategist** to lead our performance marketing efforts. Do you thrive in the mixture of creativity and analytics? Do you like turning campaigns into real, measurable growth? Well, if you do, this could be your next big move.

**Responsibilities**
- **Facebook Ads Management**: Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Craft compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- **Market & Competitor Research**: Identify digital trends, emerging channels, and new growth opportunities.
- **Campaign Optimisation & A/B Testing**: Test creatives, messaging, and formats to boost performance and ROI.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Analyse KPIs, draw insights, and recommend data-driven strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic design/video editing skills (e.g. **Canva, Adobe, CapCut**)
- Able to create simple ad visuals or short-form videos for outreach
- Familiar with managing content on **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook**:

- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Undergraduate or degree holder in **Marketing, Business, Finance**, or related field
- **Proven experience** managing and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns

**Bonus if you have**:
A portfolio, case studies, or examples of campaigns, content, or ad designs — we’d love to see what you’ve created
