**Responsibilities**

Union Air Freight (S) Pte Ltd is a fast-growing freight forwarding company and we are looking for a high calibre Senior Finance Manager. This is a newly created role due to business expansion and the planned retirement of our Finance/Admin Director in the coming 2 to 3 years. In this role, you will:

- Be a key business partner to the Management Team to drive medium and long-term profitability, track performance and liaise with other departments to ensure business growth
- Lead, coach and inspire the Finance/HR/Admin team (8-pax)
- Oversee Finance, HR and Admin processes, including payroll and CPF/IR8A submission
- Be involved in company digital transformation projects and lead the streamlining of Finance processes
- Liaise with vendors (e.g, bankers, auditors, govt agencies, CAG/SAAA, insurers, recruitment agencies, IT, etc) for finance, HR, IT and other admin/corporate matters
- Keep abreast with new financial and industry regulations and maintain professional network
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need to go way beyond the technical competencies related to your finance role - you need to have excellent teamwork, strong analytical and communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects:

- Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance or ACCA or equivalent
- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to work effectively with management, staff of all levels and external customers
- Appetite for new learning opportunities and versatility to take on new tasks and drive process changes
- Positive, ‘can do’ hands-on attitude
- Knowledge in logistics industry would be a plus

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month

- Freight Forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
- Finance / Admin Senior Finance Manager: 1 year (preferred)
