As a lean and agile startup, SAFCo is building foundational capabilities to ensure operational excellence, transparency, and credibility in the SAF ecosystem.

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly utilization reports.
  • Ensure expenditures are aligned with approved budgets and corporate policies.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including statutory filings and documentation.
  • Liaise with outsourced service providers (e.g., legal, IT, corporate secretary) to ensure smooth operations.

Cross-Functional Support & Capability Building

  • Provide operational support to the Director of Operations across finance, admin, and corporate services.
  • Contribute to marketing, communications, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Help build and refine operational systems and processes to support SAFCo's growth and agility.
  • Support business continuity planning and data governance efforts.

[What we are looking for]

  • Mindset: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Growth Orientation: Eager to expand beyond traditional finance roles into broader operational and strategic responsibilities.
  • Agility: Comfortable multi-hatting and working in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
