**POSITION : DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
**Full Job Description**
1. Strategize, analyse and execute digital marketing including but not limited to performance media buy, social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, and search engine optimization to drive ecommerce performance (desktop, mobile, and third party online plaforms).
2. Monitor and evaluate digital and ecommerce performance including promotions, upper funnel (e.g. reach, impressions, cpm), and lower funnel (e.g. conversion rate and ROI) for actionable insights and decision making that contribute to business and platform development.
3. Oversee social media strategy for both content and community management with the team to build strong company presence and affinity.
4. Improve and utilize established standard operating processes and procedures (SOPs) for activating ecommerce marketing promotions and programs.
5. Build digital and ecommerce’s short and long term roadmaps in accordance to business’ key milestones to achieve company mission and vision.
6. Manage and build relationship with current customers within the business and with including online customer to ensure constant alignment and support to work towards business success.
7. Prepare and present reports across key digital marketing and ecommerce indicators.
8. Drive effective sales programs to improve ecommerce revenue and profitability to ensure platform c ontinues to perform according to business goals and targets.
9. Manage campaign deliverables including promotion plans, communication strategy, paid marketing strategy, marketing collateral, and digital assets development across digital marketing channels.
10. Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to provide be result that meets market and consumer needs.
11. Update on competitor activities and monitor industry development to stay abreast to latest updates and technological advancement.
12. Explore new opportunities to advance company’s digital marketing and ecommerce capabilities that will further improve revenue and future-proof the business against potential external threats and challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, F & B service, FMCG type company with a minimum 5 years in digital leadership.
- Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives.
- Experience in building digital roadmap and marketing framework from start with clear goal objectives that aligns with company mission and vision.
- Experience in project management with clear milestones and meeting timelines
- High level of experience working with web analytical software (e.g Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Linux Detect, Python, Java CSS HTML5, etc.)
- High level of experience in data analysis techniques understand of market needs.
- High level of experience working with Google Adwords, Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager and other paid platforms.
- Strong knowledge in tech development, testing, experimentation, and evaluation.
- Ability to create consumer experience strategies and conceptual frameworks.
