Introduction
Lead engineer role in technology development team to deliver automotive grade technology in BCD platforms. This role includes knowledge of NVM technologies which will be embedded into BCD platform for next generation products. Driving yield improvement and problem solving will be key skill requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with customer is also important.

Your Job
- Develop state of the art value added solutions within Technology Development team.
- Lead team to develop, characterize and qualify Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) processes.
- Process integration skills needed to effectively embed NVM solutions in existing platforms. This involves lot management and process flow setup.
- Work closely with unit module development team for new module setup.
- Device tuning and characterization using benching tools needed.
- Able handle customer prototype and yield improvement

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Education : PHD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Years of Experience: At least 8 year’s relevant experience in semiconductor process and device integration. NVM experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skill.
- Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Resourceful and has continuous learning attitude.
