Introduction

We are looking for a Principal/ Staff Analyst in Manufacturing Finance. In this role, you are expected to be highly effective working with various teams in providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Your Job
- Prepare and analyse project cost and benefits, financial modeling, investment ROI etc.
- Monthly, quarterly review and analyse project cost
- Prepare of outlook, forecast and budget
- Support manufacturing operations in analyzing financial and operations results for decision making
- Review financial analysis tools and processes for continuous improvement
- Assume ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
- Above 5 years of financial planning analysis, business partnering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of team members, management, and cross functions
- Strong analytical mind
- Self-motivated to continuously improve processes

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good verbal, written, and listening skills as well as ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate, and interact professionally with personnel at various levels to drive sound business decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
