Responsibilities: - Reports to the Deputy Director (BSD, Facilities Management) 1. BUSINESS STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT (Smart, Innovate & Sustainable) - Support and develop Integrated FM business opportunities for targeted industries - Support business strategies development - Support SJ Publications; working with Group Comms - Participate in networking sessions with FM industry professionals, authorities and associations 2. SALES AND MARKETING - Support marketing Integrated FM Solutions, such as presentation, collaterals and publications - Support tender/bidding with proposal write-up, attend interview with presentation and close deals - Support monthly reporting of Sales and Marketing activities - Engage targeted clients through customer relationship management (CRM) - Engage potential new clients 3. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS - Engage operation personnel, strategic clients and strategic vendors to develop integrated FM journey - Engage FM Head Ops and team members to develop project case studies - Support other SJ Business Units in offering "Integrated Solutions" - Participate in sharing FM capabilities with learning institutions (IHL) and interns - Engage innovative solutions providers to explore new capabilities and FM solutions **Requirements**: - Diploma/Degree with more than 5 years (Dip) or more than 3 years (Deg) of experience in facilities management studies, sales and marketing in related fields - Fresh Graduates with strong personality and internship experience can be consider - Interest in networking, business development, integrated solutions, marketing and sustainability At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
