**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- Resolve customers’ issues and provide feedback and analysis.
- Manpower scheduling & rostering duties
- Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring customers’ payment status and remind customers on updates
- Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
- Prepare reports and data analysis on a monthly basis
- Go for site visitation to customers when required
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines preferably in the sports or aquatic education with mínimally 1 year of operation experience
- Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data
- Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Strong desire with the curiosity to continuously learn and grow
- We're a fast paced team. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time
- Good timekeeper, well organized and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player having leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer’s centric skills
- Computer literacy with MS office software
- 6 days work week and required to work on weekends
