**Job Summary**
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in acquiring new merchants and cross-selling to existing clients, helping them unlock growth through technology. You’ll work directly with business owners, understand their pain points, and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalise their operations — from Retail to F&B and beyond.

**Your Role**
- Engage highly qualified inbound leads, identify new business opportunities, and play a critical role in acquiring new merchants while growing existing accounts.
- Build relationships with SME founders, helping them digitalise and supercharge their businesses with EPOS.
- Pitch EPOS solutions through product demonstrations to showcase value, and close deals.
- Follow up closely to ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales account servicing.
- Collaborate with our high-performing Marketing and Sales teams.

**About You**
- You have previous work experience in sales, pitching products, solutions, or services (ideally 4-5 years).
- You have a good understanding of and connections in the F&B, Retail, or Services industries.
- You’re a fantastic communicator, people-oriented, enthusiastic, and enjoy meeting new people, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- You’re driven, motivated, and committed to achieving results.
- Training will be provided, so prior experience is not required for junior roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
