**Purpose and Scope**
- Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
- Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
- Minimum 3 - 8 years’ relevant experience in construction industry
- Possess M&E Coordination Certificate or CoreTrade Supervisor for M&E
