**What it's about**

A Senior Paralegal is a professional performing task according to a defined service catalogue in accordance with standard operating procedures and provides project support.

Key competences
- Possesses an understanding of the investment processes and is therefore able to deal with complex, ad hoc user requests in the respective area
- Independently develops and coordinates basic solutions to issues encountered with processes and tools and coordinates implementation within the team / with BUAP
- Keeps procedures and education material up to date
- Has a good, general understanding of how Partners Group's investment teams as well as Investment Services collaborate with the investment platform.
- Delivers work on time, error-free, to a consistently high standard and in accordance with the standard operating procedures
- Supports the team on data maintenance
- Knows PG's policies and procedures, tools and systems and applies them appropriately to his/her tasks
- Performs project support tasks such as performing business analysis, scheduling meetings, preparing communication material including presentations and leading minor project workstreams and corporate and administrative actions

**What we expect**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large business, experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is an asset
- Previous experience as a paralegal is a bonus, but not a requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new software and systems
- Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor to support client-facing department; enthusiastic team player
- Contributing to strong administrative support team
- Organized with high attention to detail
