We are inviting applications for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our team, with a focus on Syariah and Family Law matters. Responsibilities Assist lawyers in handling Syariah Court and Family Justice Court matters, including divorce, custody, maintenance, probate, and related applications. Conduct legal and factual research, prepare case summaries, and draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, court staff, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Manage case files, hearing bundles, and deadlines to ensure smooth progress of matters. Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team. Qualifications Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in family law and/or Syariah law practice will be an advantage. Strong command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Malay will be a plus. Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and professionalism.
