Job Title: Paralegal Team: Aviation Location: Singapore Kennedys is looking for a Paralegal to join our Singapore office in the Aviation team. The Aviation team's specialism includes dispute resolution in single and cross‐border litigation, complex and high‐value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management, and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Work on tight deadlines as part of a team. Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person in a professional manner. ertake any other duties which are allocated from time to time. Required Experience At least 1–2 years of law firm experience; we are also open to applications from more experienced paralegals with the applicable experience and ambition. Excellent academics in Law. Demonstrable research, writing, organisational and communication skills. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Immediately available or available with short notice. Clients Insurance and reinsurance companies. Airlines, airports and aerodromes and private individuals. Maintenance organisations, general aviation operators, business jet operators and regulatory authorities. Cases Insurance/Reinsurance claims and Aviation liability disputes in various jurisdictions. Advice on regulatory law. Commercial contracts and policy coverage.
