Overview Paralegal (Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia)Joseph Lopez LLP is inviting applications for the position of Paralegal. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and bilingual paralegal with a strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Responsibilities Assist in legal research and case preparation for clients across a variety of legal matters. Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties in Bahasa Indonesia as needed. Prepare and file documents with courts and other legal entities. Maintain case files, legal databases, and other necessary records. Provide bilingual support in client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and understanding. Qualifications At least 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken). Strong organizational and time-management skills. A diligent and resourceful work ethic and a good team player. Must display a positive work attitude and respect for others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong adherence to the highest ethos of integrity and professionalism. Able to handle work pressure in a fast-paced environment. IT savvy and proficient in the MS Office environment.
