**Role Responsibilities**
- Understand the Project requirements and rules to be developed in IBM ODM
- Write the technical specifications for the project and review with other Senior ODM developer
- Design and develop solution for ODM related projects
- Unit testing of the developed solution
- SIT and UAT support to be done according to the project timeline
- Take charge of the end-to-end SDLC life cycle from Development to production deployment

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 9 years’ experience in rule-based solution development in complex environment using IBM ODM/JRules
- Experienced with IBM ODM 8.X version and above with WebSphere Application Server
- Ability to interpret business requirement and creation of execution object model.
- Experienced in development and testing of business rules using Business Action Language and Decision Tables
- Must be familiar with all the rule artifacts.
- Good knowledge on Decision Server Component and Decision Center Component
- Familiarity with techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction/harvesting from existing legacy systems and their externalization.
- Good understanding of Java, JEE (WebSphere Application Server), Web Services, HTDS, DB (SQL Server/Oracle) and Unix/Linux
- Basic understanding of Microsoft.net framework 4.5 Test Driven Development with DVS and XML
