**LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
- Explore and adopt technologies to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness, and add value to customers;
- Develop and optimize global logistics systems capabilities and processes;
- Provisioning of new logistics projects and initiatives/innovations;
- Identifying pain point, issues, risks and identify appropriate digital solutions to address them;
- Keep on top of the latest technology trend, proposing new and emerging technologies and partnerships for logistics industry;
- Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan;
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems;
- Provide project updated on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress;
- Creating functional specifications for solutions;
- Uses analytic methods and tools to Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance and also understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Global logistics operations and biz transformation experience;
- Reporting and analytics capabilities;
- Experience in system implementation
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. logistic domain, inventory planning, warehouse management);
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
