Lead Csa Engineer

Singapore ANTER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the owner’s site representative
- Consolidate and present the report of the team to the overall lead
- Evaluate contractor’s billings as to quantities, drawing & other submittals
- Attend internal meetings and liaise with the vendors/constructors
- Supervise all Site Engineers
- Recommend ways to improve construction methods comparing to actual site conditions
- Coordinate with other departments for items related to construction
- Serve as the POC between the Owner and Contractor
- Ensure construction work is carried out in compliance with contract and its related documents, i.e. FCD’s, BOQ, Specs, Schedule, HSE, Quality
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required of the role.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Working experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
