Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in our organization's success by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our team. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, and covers the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and new hire orientation.

**Interviewing and Evaluation**:

- Administer assessment tests or assignments where necessary.

**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance on crafting job descriptions and requirements.

**Offer and Onboarding**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires - Eg. Informing IT, updating HRIS.
- Conduct new hire orientation.

**Data and Reporting**:

- Using Recruitment dashboards for increased efficiency in collaboration, and to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to recruitment processes.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist in adhoc HR initiatives where needed - Eg. Helping out in company events for staff welfare

**Skills and Knowledge Required**:

- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the financial services (Asset management) industry
- Experience in recruitment of Tech roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of fair employment act and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or
- Professional HR certification (eg. IHRP)
