**Responsibilities**:

- Provide corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, bancassurance and foreign exchange.
- Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, warm lead referrals from existing borrowers and / or Relationship Managers’ contacts;
- Customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers’ requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of credit risks including identifying significant risks and mitigating factors to achieve a balance stance for the customer and bank;
- Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate and profitability.
- Timely submission of credit review, being alert to credit deterioration or improvement, and taking timely action (including elevation to senior bankers and credit);
- Implement & execute Mid Cap business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets consistent with Mid Cap revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets and risk control & compliance.

**Requirements**:

- University degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience in sales within the commercial banking space, handling midcap corporates
- Good knowledge of various corporate and investment banking products including trade finance/structured trade finance products
- Good understanding of credit risks and ability to independently conduct discussions with credit / risk management teams would be preferrable
- Strong sense of commitment and accountability, possess a business focus mindset, self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard; energetic, service oriented and highly motivated
