**Responsibilities**
- Manages day-to-day operation includes coordination of air and sea freights, transshipments, land deliveries & cross border shipments.
- Responsible for logistics coordination & execution of general goods, ships spares, special/odd size/oversize cargo, breakbulk, DG or Radioactive cargoes.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations to clients beyond existing contractual agreements and sourcing optimal freight solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, meeting contractual obligations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Optimize freight solutions and minimize expenses while maintaining service quality and meeting budgetary constraints.
- Provide real-time updates to clients and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure smooth transportation and delivery processes.
- Handling full scope of operation from quotation to billing and maintain proper closing of files, etc.
- Monitoring shipments in a timely manner to ensure shipments are uplifted and delivered in time.
- Collaborates with global agents to facilitate collection of shipments from suppliers.
- Maintain and updating of reports for PO and its inventories, including updating of shipping movements and current statuses.
- Keeping MES documents and reports in an orderly manner.
- Prepares tenders and contract renewals as required.

**Qualifications**:

- NITEC/GCE'N' or 'O' Level/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Requires baisc knlowledge in all activities related to freight forwarding services, including arranging transport and delivery of shipments and other related functions.
- Requires basic knowledge of ocean carrier selection, NVOCC terminology and methods and export documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Permit Declarant with a strong understanding of customs regulations and permit declaration processes will be an advantage.
