**The role**

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Commercial team is responsible for keeping our customers constantly excited and satisfied with the most thoughtful assortment.

Reporting to the Assortment Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of all of our launches and Commercial operations

**Main responsibilities**
- Champion of Product Information System (SAP) & Ordering System (AirTable) with
- Creation and maintenance of Item Master - Stock-keeping Units (SKU), Purchase Orders and Retail Prices Master
- Maintenance of Launch & Product Information with accurate tagging in placed
- Manage barcode information system and be the liaison with manufacturers
- Key support in weekly launches:

- Work with Brand Team on product naming
- Upload weekly prices to SAP prior to launch
- Support in new market SAP system integration
- Provide administrative support to the Assortment Operations Team such as weekly tracking, collate credit notes, etc.
- Be excellent in operational knowledge management, by ensuring information flow process is seamless to all stakeholders
- Continuously work with cross functional departments to identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes

**Main KPIs**:

- Product Information creation, maintenance accuracy and timeliness

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or Business related disciplines
- Have a passion for fashion and interest in Retail/ E-commerce
- Past experience in operations or merchandising will be a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is ideal
