**Job Highlights**
Location: Lentor
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 830am-630pm
**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, payroll, tax filing, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, and training.
- Handle employees’ relations matters
- On and off-boarding process, exit interviews and exit clearance are appropriately and timely completed.
- Act as a point of contact with government bodies for HR matters including MOM, IRAS, CPF, etc.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Singapore labor laws, employment-related laws, and regulations.
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and policies
