
Snr HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Involving and managing recruitment hiring by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements in various recruitment avenues, drafting employment contracts, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and training;
- Administering foreign EP, WP, and S passes-related matters;
- Creating stock ordering and liaising with remittance agency;
- Liaising with a freight forwarder with regards to booking of shipments;
- Updating Employee Handbook, company policies, guidelines, and announcements;
- Managing employees' benefits including insurance, mobile, and other related matters;
- Attending to MOM periodic surveys and other HR-related matters;
- Managing and communicating with relevant government authorities and agencies;
- Overseeing company property matters as a landlord and as a tenant;
- Managing and administering leave records in the Opensoft system;
- Any ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Additional Job Scopes: To assist and provide support to other offices in JB, KL, Miri and Brunei, when required.
**Requirements**:
Min 2 years HR/Admin working experience;
Maintain high confidentiality of information;
Familiar with Opensoft and Quickbooks accounting software systems;
Work Location: Kaki Bukit Road 2.
