Role/Responsibilities

**The Role / Summary**:

- Co-Create, Develop and Manage a startup Engagement and mentorship program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-create an engagement Program for Sustainability Startups
Develop the Program that shall focus on:

- Establish and own the relationships with startups
- Develop startups’ Founder teams and Organisation Culture
- Collaborate on Commercial Pipeline development
- Liaise and lead the Operational implementation of projects with startups
- Develop initiatives that will constitute The Program modules that will include:

- Sourcing startups within Singapore and beyond
- An assessment and selection of startups
- Establish a rhythm for the overall Program and cohort(s) management
- Coaching and Training of startups
- Be the voice of start-ups within the organisation and foster a culture of Innovation
- This a brand-new created role within a newly formed team.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years managing a complex multi-organisation Program management Office
- Coaching / Mentorship of start-ups a plus
- Passion for helping people develop their professional skills and abilities
- Stellar organisation Skills leading multi-organisation time sensitive Programs
- Exemplar command of the written word
- Speaking charisma and High level of personal presentation skills
- Clear written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts to a senior audience and minute details of an implementation where need arise.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and elegantly with different types of people, and with both internal and external individuals.
- Self-starter/go-getter that can both think strategically and execute on their own plans with high degree of accuracy, high level of oversight and strategic foresight
- International experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
