**Position Responsibilities**

Deltek is in the midst of a bold marketing transformation—and at the heart of it is the reinvention of our digital engine. We’re seeking a proven leader to head Performance Marketing: a change agent who understands connected, personalized digital journeys, thrives in complexity, and is energized by the opportunity to modernize, optimize, and lead.
This role is a key member of the CMO staff and the broader Marketing Leadership Team. It reports directly to the CMO and plays a central role in building a next-generation marketing engine—one that’s digitally powered, insight-driven, and built to scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Modernize Deltek’s digital experience by leading the transformation of the corporate website, with a focus on personalized content delivery, intuitive UX, and conversion performance.
- Build and optimize a connected digital engine that leverages segmentation and intent data to deliver tailored experiences across the entire journey—from awareness to expansion.
- Own and evolve our search strategy, including SEO, SEM, and language model optimization (LMO), with an emphasis on attracting the right audience and surfacing the most relevant content.
- Act as the innovation catalyst within Marketing, advancing personalization, automation, and real-time optimization through emerging technologies including AI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT leaders to align systems, data, and execution in support of a personalized and scalable go-to-market motion.
- Define and track performance metrics that reflect digital influence, personalization effectiveness, and revenue impact—and use those insights to continuously improve.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with proven leadership in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong track record of building and scaling digital programs that drive measurable, personalized engagement and revenue outcomes.
- Experience leading major website initiatives, ideally with personalization and journey orchestration at the core.
- Deep expertise in modern SEO/SEM strategies and emerging areas such as LMO and predictive targeting.
- Highly collaborative, systems thinker, and strategic problem solver.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and accelerate progress in evolving environments.
