Customer Service Officer 24 hrs shift (Inbound Call Centre Experience)
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clients
Salary Range: $2,500-$3,000
Work Location: Suntec
Work Schedule
1. Comfortable with rotational shift 24 hours
2. 44 hours per week
3. 5.5 days of work per week
(Shiting Hours: 10pm-7am or 11pm-8am)
**Job Description**:
1. 1-2 years of inbound call center environment (min 6 months)
2. Education background: Minimum O Level and above
3. Multitask - Logging tickets, checking KBs while on the call
4. First call resolution expertise to close the call at CSO level.
5. Experience in dealing with Member of Public, Government/ IMDA/GovTech Contact Centre /
Service Desk agents are preferred.
6. Fast paced environment to handle about 30 or more calls per day
