**Company Overview**

Our client is a Technology & Infrastructure firm that powers the technology for some of the largest MNCs and famous brand names. They are looking to expand their footprint in Asia due to increasing demand and new business ventures in the region. To support the growth, they are currently looking for a **Cluster Head of Sales & Government Relations, Asia**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of Business Development (BD) strategy for Asia
- Play a key role in bringing in and managing new businesses for the company
- Source and pursue sale & leaseback, build-to-suit and joint-venture opportunities with business owners and MNCs
- Collaborate with government entities, property developers and REITs
- Management of local Government relationships and point of liaison
- Commercial acumen in land leasing and buying of land for building IT infrastructure
- Infrastructure fitting-out including power and water supplies
- Remain active in the Data Centre and IT industries by participating in external events, trade exhibitions, and other activities to promote the company's brand and profile
- Gain an understanding of industrial activities and provide input to management/in-country teams to affect overall organizational strategies
- Pioneer role with team building responsibilities

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in a regional BD role in the Data Centre, Telecommunications, Technology-related or Construction industries
- Strong business acumen
- Proven track record of handling government relations
- Ability to travel frequently in the region
