Our client is a logistics MNC located near Jurong East. They are looking for a temporary staff for 4 months to assist in the accounts payable team.

Job Scopes:

- Monthly account settlement. (double entries of freight transaction)
- Monitoring of account outstanding items. (dispute items to follow up)
- Monthly reconciliation of SOA. (AP portion)
- Check & review on Procurement system invoices submission. (Tenderboard)
- Prepare necessary document for expenses recover/reimbursement.
- Ad-hoc assignment by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Technical Skills and Prior Experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experiences in accounting on AP section (double entries).
- Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred
- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, meticulous and good team player
- Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
