**Responsibilities**:
- To ensure timely settlement of trades / contra losses/ outstanding fee netting/ FX conversion via trust fund per TRs instructions.
- Monitoring daily exception reports and assist section head to rectify issues promptly
- To ensure trust withdrawal &/or payments to clients’ trading account maintained across different products (i.e. CTA, MTA, CFD, Futures, Prime, FXD) are timely processed.
- To ensure CA payments are paid to clients on Transaction process date +1 day.
- To assist inter-departments’ fund transfer request between firm’s bank account across different banks for funding related transactions.
- Deputize section head’s function to lead and perform checker role during her leave period.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestion to increase productivity.
- Assist to drive enhanced process for ops efficiency/ simplify & automate process flow within / cross other ops unit.
Process-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum post-secondary qualification.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with our Chinese counterparts
- Meticulous and with good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and display strong initiative and resourceful
- Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
- Keen attention to detail with accountability mindset
- Minimum 5 years working experience. Relevant experience in similar capacity of securities firm is an advantage.
- Well verse with Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
- Team player, independent, resourceful and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
