Interest in strategy, operations, and data analytics within e-commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and customer service software. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with large data sets and derive insights. Curiosity to understand underlying reasons and develop impactful policies and initiatives. Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
