**Senior Design Engineer/Engineer - C&S**:
**Location: project based**

LTA MRT Rail or Bus Depot projects
- Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
- Review project specification, technical clarifications, civil/structural and construction drawings.
- Review and prepare shop drawings for submissions.
- Responsible for liaison with authorities to obtain clearance for the construction works
- Oversees coordination of design submission with authorities
- Work with clients, consultants and contractors as required during planning, design and construction phases.
- Oversee and manage the design review process to include maintaining accurate and timely design review databases.

**Requirement**
- Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering
- Experience in handling LTA Infrastructure design works, preferably Rail or Bus Depot projects.
- At least 8 years’ experience in the construction industry managing large scale and complex civil and infrastructure projects, especially with LTA.
- Must have good working experience in Reinforced Concrete Works

.Well-versed in civil and structural design software.

.Familiar with authorities' submission requirements for engineering projects.
- Understands C&S requirements on all aspects works in infrastructure projects
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
