**Introduction**

This is a procurement sourcing and negotiation role, based in Singapore and responsible for indirect material categories in Travel & Logistics, or Corporate Professional Services/HR in APAC.

**Your Job**
- Global sourcing responsibility for indirect material categories in Travel & Logistics, or Corporate Professional Services/HR in line with the sourcing strategies developed by the global/regional teams.
- Perform market and supplier analysis. Understand supply market conditions and dynamics.
- Review current contracts and supplier base.
- Manage supplier sourcing, selection, price, and contract negotiations
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Serves as the primary contact for supplier relationship management for a group of suppliers within their category, including business performance reviews.
- Identifying opportunities for supply base optimization (reduction and 2 nd, 3 rd sourcing).
- Work with users’ groups and responsible to resolve escalation issues from suppliers and users through closure.
- Execute cost reduction and value engineering roadmap exercise.
- Conduct benchmarking & best practice surveys and deliver results to customers and procurement teams.
- Maintenance of contract documents and pricing to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor relevant KPI’s and pro-actively drive for improvements.
- Interface with global/regional sourcing teams to ensure leverage of global vs regional opportunities and priorities for cost savings

**Required Qualifications**:
Education ( Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration)
- Minimum 5 years of procurement sourcing experience specializing in Logistics, Travel, Corporate Professional Services/HR, Facility Site & Indirect Procurement areas in either a foundry fab environment or related fast paced manufacturing industry.
- Require ~10% of international business travelling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of supplier management and commodity industry knowledge
- Good business strategy knowledge and implementation knowledge; capable of influencing internal decision makers to make decisions aligned with strategies and objectives benefiting the entire organization.
- Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
