**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1) Customer Relations Management**
- Liaise with customer developers and other operational functions on day-to-day basis to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain effective relationship with customers through regular communications and activities.
**2) Orders Management**
- Liaise with factories on material development and costing, delivery and all merchandising related discussions.
