**About Us**:
PixelPals Studio is a gaming development studio with the goal to produce hyper-casual games such as Kevin the Adventurer and PixelPals.

We are based in Singapore and Malaysia with many of our team collaborating remotely from countries like New Zealand, Spain, Indonesia, and Brazil. With large backing from our recently raised funding round, we aim to create an entirely unique experience with immersive gameplay and extensive lore that will wow all gamers.

**What You Can Expect To Work On**:

- Attract and groom engineering talents for PixelPals Studio: Exceptional engineering talents are rare and we need to be able to attract them
- Iterate rapidly on build cycles: Work through sprints to write clean code from frontend, to backend, smart contracts in a way that takes our future roadmaps in mind
- Align across departments: Ensure that cadence of building is aligned across concurrent build phases, breaking down tasks and prioritising
- Maintain high standards for code: Maintain a balance between trade offs such as speed, security, scalability and more during the build phases

**Requirements**:
**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Relevant experience: Have 5+ years as a Software Engineering in a product based environment
- Interest in Web3 / Games: Have demonstrable experience or interest in Web3 or gaming
- Technologies: Comfort with picking up new technological tools across frontend, backend, platform and blockchains
- Communication: Have strong communication skills to align between both internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership: Have strong leadership skills to rally the team around you to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Team player: Have desire to take ownership of projects and work with a team that is highly driven to push them through
