About the role:

- Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience.
- Build high-quality software components
- Collaborate directly with product management, product design, and the development team on new product features
- Develop documentation and design materials, as needed
- Design and develop products in collaboration with Technical and Executive Leadership
- Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code
Core capabilities:

- At least 6+ years experience in hands-on programming
- Minimum 3 years experience doing Node.js (Vanilla/Typescript) with at least 1 year Typescript
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases
- Efficient in designing from scratch as well as performing optimizations
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science: Data types, Data structure, Algorithms
- Proficient in modern tech stack: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (e.g. Terraform), Ansible etc.
- Strong background working with AWS (beyond EC2 and S3)
- Experience designing software systems
- Comfortable working with Agile and Design Thinking
- Experience in leading teams with at least 8 people
- Being comfortable leading several projects at once
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience writing technical documents, tracking technical debt, understanding refactoring, etc.
Other skills considered a plus:

- Experience with modern SPA frameworks like React/Vue.js/Angular
- Experience with NestJS
- Proficient in one or more additional languages, especially strongly typed ones (Java, C/C++)
- Experience in IoT Field
