Employment Type: Permanent- Location: Singapore**The Role**:
This position will be a part of private capital management team, supporting the efforts to market our private funds and the platform, as well as provide communications relation support in the form of external communications, media relations, events and publications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in and working alongside other business units, for purposes of preparing documentation, and marketing materials for purposes of setting up private real estate funds.
- Assist in project management of capital raising process (with focus on fund syndication and managing investor due diligence) for private real estate funds
- Work with business units and fund managers to develop and execute media/press releases and marketing publications (Private Insights etc) and developing key positioning and messaging
- Conduct monitoring of news coverage in relation to real estate fund management industry
- Work with Group Corporate Communications to develop content for communications and marketing purposes including social media, editorial stories, company's website, annual report and other publications
- Plan and organise investor outreach events (investor days, fund syndication events) as well as participation in global conferences (PERE, ANREV etc)

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business / Real Estate / Marketing or related discipline.
- At least 4 to 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate, corporate communications, public relations.
- Possess financial literacy and a skilled writer who is able to deliver effective narratives and compelling storylines.
- Familiar with events planning and organising
- Team player with good project management skills to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and ability to work on external facing presentation materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within deadlines and manage responsibilities.
- Strong communication, written and presentation skills as well as strong people management and leadership skills.
