**Role Overview**
As a Private Equity Associate at Quadria Capital, you will be an integral part of the investment team, contributing to all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to drive growth and operational improvements.
- Investment Analysis & Execution:
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investment opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Analyze financial statements and build financial models to assess company performance and valuation.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for Investment Committee discussions.
- Support due diligence efforts, including financial, operational, legal, and market assessments.
- Coordinate with third-party advisors, including investment banks, consultants, and legal counsel.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor performance of portfolio companies and assist in identifying value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with management teams to support strategic planning, M&A, and operational improvements.
- Prepare regular portfolio reporting and valuation updates.
- Firm Development:
- Contribute to fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as needed.
- Participate in internal projects to enhance firm operations and investment processes.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Prior deal execution experience or exposure to M&A processes.
- Familiarity with mid-market investing dynamics.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for healthcare and understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities in Asia.
