Mercatus Co-operative Limited was incorporated in May 2011 under the Co-operatives Societies Act and is one of the NTUC social enterprises under the NTUC Enterprise family. It is our vision to own and manage strategically located shopping malls in the heartlands of Singapore to provide NTUC social enterprises with retail space to serve the daily needs of working families. Through our investments, we aim to generate sustainable long term returns for the Labour Movement. We are proud to house many of the NTUC social enterprises in our properties so that union members, residents and visitors to the malls are able to enjoy affordable and quality products and services.

DESIGNATION : Executive / Senior Executive, Application (2 Years Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with business users to identify business requirements with sufficient detail & clarity and develop a plan to implement those requirements.
- Regularly works with functional leaders to manage roll out, implement changes, project planning, vendor management and steering committee cadence.
- Controls project scope and risk management.
- Communicates project needs regularly and effectively to business users.
- Report to the Application Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with information system implementation.
- Preferred to have Content Management System implementation and Real-estate industry experience.
- Strong project management background, proven success in delivering projects on time, on budget and in scope.
- Experience in managing resolution of system issues, system enhancements, user change management and ongoing support models.
- Ability to effectively document business and technical requirements and design.
- Team player and able to communicates well one-on-one and small groups.
- Analytical mindset to identifies significant problems, opportunities and offers appropriate solutions.
